Onere was inspired for those who need an anonymous voice. If youre struggling with mental health or behavioral health issues, such as substance abuse, and you dont have anyone to talk to - youve come to the right place. Our goal is to connect individuals going through the same things.
In many cases, people may not want to talk to a doctor or a hotline about what they’re going through; they want someone who can understand them. We’re not medical professionals, we’re not a hotline, Onere exists for you!
Once you find an individual going through the same things you are, the direct anonymous messaging feature allows you to directly connect with them.
Step 1: Select one of the categories on the home page.
Step 2: Create your own topic or select an existing topic to talk about.
Step 3: Comment and reply to existing comments.
Step 4: Click on a comment to directly add that user to your personal messages.
Step 5: Everyone is going through a hard time - be kind :)
You dont need to know their name or their story to connect with someone fighting the same fight you are.
Our symbol is the first quotation mark, as it marks the beginning of something new - hopefully the beginning of your or a loved ones first steps to overcoming something significant in your lives. The word "Onere" means, "burden" or "weight" in Latin.
